Unlike the big hotel brokers, we are offering you our choices of the best family-friendly places to stay. We give you several excellent properties to look at in each destination, but not endless choices. We know that price is not the only difference between hotel properties. Each hotel has it's own unique characteristics. When selecting a property from our site, you can be assured that it's in a great location and is of excellent quality.

How do I find out more about the hotels you recommend?

Our site links you to each hotels' homepage which contains extensive information on each property. If you have a question that is not answered there, please feel free to call us. We will get the answer for you!

Am I getting the best price?

Many hotel companies now guarantee that the rates found on their own site will be the best found anywhere. Booking direct, as you do from our site, will almost always provide you with the best rate available.

Is my credit card charged as soon as I book?

That depends on the type of rate that you book. At many hotels, the lowest rate is an "internet rate" which often comes with a requirement to prepay at the time of booking. It is very important to read the "terms and conditions" before booking. Sometimes, there is no penalty to cancel up to a certain number of days in advance, sometimes there is no refund offered. At other hotels, you may find a rate that is has no prepayment required and allows up to 6pm on the date of arrival to cancel.

How do I protect myself against losing my money if I need to cancel?

We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. For a small premium, you can purchase insurance that will reimburse you for airline tickets, hotel prepayments and any other expenses that may be lost due to cancellation. You can find more information on insurance here.
